Terms & Conditions

Order must be received 5 days in advance.
The earliest delivery for buffet lunch is available at 12:30 PM. If you require an earlier time, please call or email our consultant.
The latest delivery for buffet dinner is available until 7:30 PM.
Transport Charge: $100 ($109 w/ GST) & $120 ($130.80 w/ GST) for Public Holiday and after 2pm on eve of PH.
For districts 61, 62 & 63, CBD Area, Sentosa and the Jurong Islands, surcharge $10 ($10.90 w/ GST) applies / trip.
For CBD Area Including Orchard Road, Marina Square, surcharge $10 ($10.90 w/ GST) applies / trip.
Increment of order must be in multiples of 5pax.
Complete Buffet Layout with Full-Drop Table Cloths & Warmers & Full Set of disposables (120%) will be provided.
The collection of the buffet items is three (3) hours after the “ready time”.
Extension of Buffet will be charge @ $30 ($32.70 w/ GST /hour). Extension must be made via telephone to the manager in charge before the agreed original collection time.
If extension is only informed during the clearing time, additional of $50 ($54.50 w/ GST) for transport charge will be imposed.
For non-lift level buffets, the additional Labor surcharge is 2nd floor $50($54.50 w/ GST) 3rd floor $80($87.20 w/ GST).
We do not do buffet set up on 4th floor onwards for all non-lift level buffets, there will be no waiver of Delivery Charge.
The management reserves the right to amend the invoice on-the-spot for manual deliveries if it is found to be non-lift level/path walk, no help rendered as promised as it delays your buffet and affects the operation’s next delivery schedule.
Latest collection for buffet is 10pm. For collections after 10.30pm before 11:29pm the surcharge is $50 ($54.50 w/ GST) and from 11:30pm till 1am: $80 ($87.20 w/ GST).
Collection the next day is $50 ($54.50 w/ GST), Not applicable for collection between 10am to 12pm).
Rental of any equipment, subject to 3rd party delivery charge and availability.
The management reserves the right to substitute menu items with alternatives of equal or higher value without prior notice if the necessary raw materials are unavailable.
For non-Residential Addresses (e.g., Hotel Address, Chalet, Holiday Bungalows, Park Addresses, etc),
Full payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event via PayNow/Credit Card payment.
Cancellation Policy – 5 days notice -No charge, Less than 5 days 30% of the total bill.
Please allow+-30 mins grace from the ready time for unforeseen circumstances (Traffic Jam, parking problems etc)
All prices are subject to the prevailing GST.

Mutiara Seafood by Jumbo Group upholds a high standard of culinary care. However, as all dishes are prepared within a shared kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, wheat, fish, and shellfish.
